Return Window

Customers may return products within 5 days of receipt.

Condition Requirements

Items must be unmarked, untagged and unopened for return. Face masks cannot be returned once opened.

Excluded Items

All made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

You must call or email us for any return or refund request before sending an item back — please contact us at 908-236-0060 for approval.

Restocking Fee

A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all returns.

Defects

All items carry a limited defect-only warranty. Defects must be reported within 5 days of purchase.

Purchases From Other Retailers

If you purchased through Amazon, Walmart or another marketplace, please return the item through that retailer rather than contacting us directly.
